Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Credit
Conference participants will generally receive CLE credit, with the conference sponsor cooperating to certify attendance. Applications for approval will be submitted by the Investment Company Institute (ICI) to Colorado, Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, Texas, and Virginia. ICI is an accredited course sponsor for California and Pennsylvania. This program may qualify for approximately 7.0 hours of CLE credit. Credit hours are estimated and are subject to each state’s approval and credit rounding rules. Because credit requirements vary by state and are governed by different regulatory agencies, please contact your governing body to learn if this program meets your individual requirements. To be eligible for CLE credit, you must attend the conference in person; it is not available for those who view the conference on demand. CLE certificates may take up to six months and will be emailed upon state approval.
For attorneys who will be self-reporting to states other than those listed above, you may pick up your certificate of attendance at the registration desk.
If you have any questions regarding administrative policies or CLE credit, please contact ICI at 202-218-3575 or CLE@ici.org.
Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Credit
Upon completion of this program, each participant will be eligible for approximately 12.0 hours of CPE credit. ICI is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. CPE credit is for in-person participants only and is not available for those who view the conference on demand.
