Questions Remain Regarding OFR Report on Systemic Risk

The December 6, 2013, issue of Focus on Funds updates ICI’s many concerns about a recent report by the U.S. Treasury Department's Office of Financial Research (OFR) to the Financial Stability Oversight Council examining the asset management industry and the possibility of designating certain asset managers as systemically important financial institutions (SIFIs).
