You must first register for the conference to gain access to the block. Upon registration, you will receive a unique link to make your hotel reservation. Due to the high demand for hotel rooms, reservations are for conference attendees only and are limited to one room per attendee.

| Cutoff date | Reservations must be made by February 14 to receive the conference rate. The room block is likely to sell out prior to the cutoff date. |

| Cancellation policy | Cancellation is permitted up to three days before arrival. If the reservation is cancelled within three days of arrival, the cost of one night’s stay (including taxes) will be forfeited. |
