Supplemental Comment Letter on 2022 SEC Proposal’s Effect on Funds Holding Bank Loans

On December 22, 2023, the Investment Company Institute (ICI) and ICI Southwest submitted a joint comment letter to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on how the SEC’s proposed amendments to the liquidity risk management rule (the “liquidity rule”) would affect mutual funds and ETFs (“funds”) investing in bank loans.
